Try using parentheses around the query like Query=(L_ListingId=717778)

Hi:
            We are working with FNIMLS Rets and have a problem in the
sql.
            The error is "[System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException]:
{"Unexpected end of Query. Error in the application."
 
                All I am doing is just getting simple information for a
particular MLSNumber and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
 
                Did any one experience the same thing.
 
                Attached is my trace.
