I checked in some changes to the build system on this.  I played with it
some more after I sent the last mail and found some places where it wasn't
being used right.

Let's wait until the next libRETS release for that, it'll have the build
fixes.  Also, in the next release the antlr part is optional for libRETS.
However, you'll still need it as ezRETS requires it.

I haven't done an out of the main tree install before, so I'll give it a try.

No problem.  I managed to find a few problems that slipped in.  It happens
when you don't test "other locations" for libraries.  In the long run we
should probably add a --with-antlr-prefix to the build.
