[libRETS-users] Primary Interop Assembly

It looks like you can do this yourself according to

As of right now, we have no plans to do this.  (I didn't even know what this
meant until about 5 minutes ago.)  I'm not even sure right this second what
the side effects would be for people who don't need this.  Until we can
study it further, you're best off rolling it yourself.

If someone would like to provide some patches for the libRETS build system
to incorporate making the assembly strong-named, we'd gladly accept them.
