I greatly appreciate your efforts and that of your staff.

Unfortunately I have no C++ experience so this is well beyond my reach.

Anyone else interested in libRETS bindings for PHP? :)

Nope.  It continues to be "when I can get around to it."

Of course, the source is there, and I did get a start on it, albiet with a
big old memory leak.  Anyway, the foundations is there for people to build
on before I get there.
