Okay, I have a slight amount of egg on my face. It does look like that form
is allowed by the spec. One problem is that there are three possible bodies
to an error status code.
I've created a ticket to track this at
http://code.crt.realtors.org/projects/librets/ticket/34 but I need to
consult with a few more people. Every other time I read section 3.6 of RETS
1.5e2 I keep changing my mind as to if its allowed or now.
