Russ,

Look the `Property` Classes in the metadata to find what this MLS has for
property types.

How they are group depends on the Association. Generally I would say your
list (added Townhouse to your list) might be grouped by 5 or 6 property
types something like this:

Residential ( Single Family, Condo, Co-op, Townhouse ),
  Multi-Family,
  Commerical,
  Land,
  Rental

Or

  Single Family
  Condo, Co-op, Townhouse
  Multi-Family,
  Commerical,
  Land,
  Rental

Tony

Subject: [libRETS-users] SearchClass

This may be in the metadata, but the file that my MLS provided is confusing,
and I have no idea how to read it.

I got the following from the CRT site for searching in C#:
SearchRequest searchRequest = session.CreateSearchRequest("Property",
"ResidentialProperty", "(ListPrice=300000-)");

This works great for searching single-family properties, but what are the
search classes for non-single family?

ie.
Condo
Co-Op
Multi-Family
Commercial
Land
Rental

Thanks in advance for any help,
Russ
