[libRETS-users] Content-Type and Description blank

Description is blank because they don't have a Content-Description field.
Content-Type is blank due to a case issue.  We're not handling the Key's in
the Key value pairs ignoring case.  I think this has come up before, and its
 an easy fix.  I'll try to fix that in the next release.
